Meal planning Monday: 22/10/12


This week's meal plan is quite an important one: I have food to use up in the fridge, and I'm running a marathon on Sunday. Oh my goodness, I think I'm about to faint.

Monday
Thai chicken curry and rice

Tuesday
Peppered steaks, new potatoes, and salad

Wednesday
Slow-cooked BBQ pork with mash and sweetcorn

Thursday
Chicken drumsticks, chips, and veg

Friday
Burgers

Saturday
Simple meat pasta dish

Sunday
A banquet
