Janathon: day 4

Friday is usually one of my two rest days a week. So I really had to motivate myself to go out for a run. A mince pie eaten with ice cream after dinner was all the motivation I needed.

Distance: 2.33 miles
Time taken: 21 minutes
Other exercise today: musical bumps at a kids' party
Total distance run during Janathon: 12.77 miles
Total time spent on Janathon: 4 hours and 4 minutes
